For kids and families

Kids as young as 6 years old will quickly pick up everyday words and phrases they can use right away in these short Japanese-only online Discord classes!

Pair with Teens courses to grow vocabulary and grammar at the same time.

  • Full immersion everyday except Tuesday* 5:30 – 5:50PM Central. No class on national holidays, May 18 – 20 or December 18 – 31.

    * Schedule change! Still available 6 days a week. Swapping Tuesday for Sunday.

    I’ve done the calculations for you! Classes are grouped into discounted monthly, half yearly and yearly packages of 2x a week, 3x a week or everyday each week. They’re just how often I recommend studying though. Classes don’t expire!

Teens' Japanese tracks

Teens learn the grammar and vocabulary to hold conversations, understand the gist of anime and manga, and ready them to explore the Japanese language.

Classes held in person (if all students agree) or live online in our Discord community. If you are the only student in the class, we can permanently move the time but we can only do this once.

Even if you miss a class you can catch up via weekly Office Hours and worksheet reviews. (Plus, getting your worksheets entirely correct lets you know you're on the right track and nets you Reward Points you can redeem for some awesome snail mail packages!)
